Hi I am Aurea, and I am a stay at home mom of two adventure loving children. I am a woman of many passions, two of them being birth work and art. I love creating magic for my kids and their friends through something I created for them. I love to get my hands dirty with all different mediums and projects, and am looking forward to contributing to my community by adding my own unique color and whimsical joy to Featherfin's props and gathering spaces.

Hi! I'm Tara Steadman, a New Jersey native turned Powhatan resident. My professional background is in the medical field, first exercise physiology and currently as an Implementation Manager of intensive cardiac rehabilitation programs.
While not a formally trained artist, I’ve always enjoyed arts and crafts in my spare time. I have explored various mediums, recently honing skills in oil painting, watercolor, and charcoal drawing. I also currently volunteer some of my time sewing baby blankets for a local NICU and crocheting baby hats for a local antepartum unit.
I also love to be outside in nature! Walking in the fresh air, hiking, and swimming are some of my favorite activities, along with exploring the amazing local parks with my two kids (both boys under age 4), my husband Ken, and our dog, a French bulldog named Rambo.
I look forward to connecting with you and your kiddos by sharing my enthusiasm and curiosity for art and nature!

My name is Alyssa and I am 8 years old. I love to play outside and I started to really love nature when I heard it was in danger. My favorite places to go are Rockwood Park and Bargain Books because I love to read too! I wanted to be a Big Kid Nature Guide because I love little ones and nature!
